Glenwood Springs
Nestled in a beautiful mountainous valley, Glenwood Springs sits on the western slope of Colorado as a hub to Aspen (40 minutes south), Vail (45 minutes east) and Grand Junction (90 minutes west). Glenwood Springs enjoys being the County Seat of Garfield County and the location for the Courts of the 9th Judicial District, as well as home of the Garfield County Jail and Three Rivers Regional Library Service System. The campus of Colorado Mountain College is just minutes away.
Glenwood Springs lies at the confluence of the Colorado River and the Roaring Fork River, halfway between famous neighbors, Vail and Aspen. Glenwood Canyon lies east of the community. The Flat Tops lie to the north, and the Roaring Fork Valley exists to the south. This area is a popular tourist driven community that offers a variety of outdoor recreation and leisure opportunities for all interests and abilities.

Rifle
Rifle is a Western-Slope town with a small town atmosphere and a tight local community. The downtown section of Rifle has antique shops, dining, and history museums. The area surrounding Rifle (the Colorado River goes though) is rich with wildlife and gold medal streams that provide some of the best elk hunting and fly fishing in Colorado. Enjoy nature at Rifle Gap State Park and Rifle Falls State Park.
